What do you charge for a service?
For a C.O.A. (Cleaning, Oiling, Adjustment) we charge a flat rate depending on the machine type (mechanical, computerized, embroidery, serger, multi-needle, etc...)
What machines do you service?
We service all makes and models of machines!
Is your mechanic Baby Lock Certified?
Yes! Our technician, Joe, is a Baby Lock Certified Mechanic since 2022.
What if my machine doesn't need a COA? What do you charge?
If there is a specific problem that needs repairing on your machine Joe will charge according to how major the problem is and how long it takes to repair.
Do you take appointments?
We do not take in by appointment. Just come by anytime during our business hours to drop off your machine!
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time frequently changes depending on how many machines come through our door!

Are there any additional charges?
Yes, additional charges may be
applied.
What should I bring?
For all machines please bring your power cord, foot pedal, a standard foot, bobbin case and a bobbin for repair. If you are bringing in an embroidery machine please also bring your embroidery unit, a hoop, and your embroidery foot.
